Opioids Sublingual Formulated Loperamide.

I just got these 2mg Box Of Loperamide Pills that dissolve instantly and completely in like less than 5 seconds lol. It is a lot more expensive than the Oral Brand but you helps with the stomach problems if you can afford to buy a lot it says you can take it without water. That is how easy it is you just put it on your tongue and it dissolves quicker than you would believe.

But I would just like to know what the Bio-Availability of Sublingual Loperamide Vs. Orally and does it take Effect quicker?
 
Interested in this too and if any peripheral or other CNS effects can be obtained from an aqueuos eyedrop sollution
