Wondering if anybody else here has experience with this? I’ve been on it for about 5 months and it’s been heaven compared to suboxone and methadone. Just not sure about coming off or what that’s going to look like …

Any input is appreciated and valued :)
Thanks everybody

Hey there.
It’s just pure buprenorphine. Not sure what your daily dose is but you can expect the normal bupe wds when you stop. So just try and get down to the lowest possible dose when you ready to stop. Just to make things a bit lighter and more comfortable for yourself. Not much else I can add

I've been off sublocade for like 3 or 4 months. Got like 3 300mg shots and then 3 100mg shots in the following months. It still shows up in my system, which they say it could for like 22 to 38 months. I believe it tapers off real slowly so it doesn't have much of a withdrawal. I haven't had any withdrawal symptoms really. Just don't take naltrexone or any opioid blocker while any bup is still in your system. My doctor told me to take naltrexone and it f***** me up for a few days (a "mild" precipitated withdrawal I believe).
