PLUR is an acronym that is synonymous with e and rave culture...
it stands for:
Peace
Love
Unity
Respect

Here is my stupid question:
I have seen a PLUR bumper sticker. Also we saw a guy with a red glowing lamp in his car.
Isn't this kinda advertising to cops etc. that you do e?
Perhaps it's not unlike someone with a marijuana leaf or dancing bears?
