Does it have to be grapefruit Juice to potentiate Xanax or can I just eat a grapefruit and peel to get the same effect???????

Why would you eat the peel man?

Anyway, grapefruit juice comes from grapefruit so yes you can eat it as well.. you may have to eat alot of grapefruit to achieve your goal though.

Yes, grapefruit works in potentiating benzos.

If you are going to use juice, it should be pure white grapefruit juice.

I have always just eaten a grapefruit. It's easier than running around the supermarket trying to find the "right" grapefruit juice with the most amount of this ingredient or that one.
