I've been taking Suboxone for about 4-5 months, 2mg in the morning and another 2mg in the evening. My last dose was 1mg on Friday at 9am. Its now Monday night. Saturday and Sunday i had the anxiety and the physical symptoms, which I thought was strange.

Last night and this night my only real symptoms is the jitters and bad RLS at night. Seems like PAWS symptoms from other opiates. Does this seem weird to anyone? I was under the impression that the worst of it was around day 3-4. But in 12 hours itll be 4 days and it doesnt seem that bad at all. Anyone else experience this?

You're probably celebrating too early. This table suggests that buprenorphine's half life in blood is 33 hours (1.5 days), and norbuprenorphine's half life is 56 hours (~2.5 days). The rule of thumb I use is, you should wait about 7 half-lives for wash-out - then you will have less than 1% of the drug in your blood.

The three best tips I can think of for restoring your body's natural endorphin balance is: keep yourself busy but don't over-exert yourself, eat lots of protien and nutrient-rich foods, and get plenty of sleep.

You might not feel that horrible. 4mg for 5 months is pretty decent but not too bad. Good luck.

Thanks guys. I know it takes a loooong time to leave the blood and body. But Its currently 96hrs (4days) and still same symptoms. Pretty much nothing besides lethargy and very bad restless legs at night. I just thought it was weird that i felt the actual phyical symptoms on day1 and 2, (pain, anxiety, etc.) This just feels like PAWS now but i thought it'd be way to early for that

Anyone else thing symptoms will worsen? I dont think so, they seem to be getting better already everyday besides the RLS
