Misc strange pills

hey,
i found these pills on my floor, but they are not mine or my friend's.. could be a relative dropped them or something..

the odd thing is that i cannot find them in databases - they are round (not sphere), white, with a capital B on both sides - then on the package back there is some asian writing - maybe japanese, maybe chinese..

anyway - i am not looking for a definite ID - just curious if these are known - maybe i can figure out who dropped them in my carpet..
