A lot of the time when I post something, I'll realize that I want to add something else or that the post contains errors that I'd like to correct, but when I use the edit feature, something strange happens!
when I start deleting or adding things to the text of the original post a lot of the time I'll notice that the original sentences contained in the post have been distorted by being partially "doubled"...It's really strange, it will look similar to this:
Original sentence will read: "I took my dog to the park today to go for a walk. The weather was beautiful when we arrived, but then clouds rolled in and it started to rain."
When I go to use the edit feature the text will read something like: "I took my dog to the took my dog to the park today to go for a walk. The weather was beautiful when we arrived, but then clouds rolled in was beautiful when we arrived, but then clouds rolled in and started to rain."
This has been happening basically every time I edit a post and even if I clean up the sentences and try to turn them back to what they originally were, it will happen to other sentences as I'm doing it! If it's a long post I don't even bother anymore because it takes so much effort to have to keep reading through the post to make sure it didn't "glitch out" again!
I thought I was possibly losing my mind the first few times this happened, but after that I realized it was either something on BL or something I my end causing it. I wonder if it has anything to do with the thing that keeps popping up and saying "auto saved" as you're writing out the post? does anyone know what's causing this or how to correct it? Am I the only one who experiences this phenomenon?
