storing 1,4 butanediol?

Does anybody know what's the best way of storing 1,4b? IT came in a clear plastic bottle, is it better kept in a dark glass bottle or can I just leave it in the original container? Room temperature ok?
I don't take too much so I probably need to store it for about 5 months.
Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure your container is airtight. You really don't want a lot of it evaporating which would change the concerntration. Your 15mil in 6 months may mean a nice deep sleep.
