Stopping abilify suddenly

I started taking abilify three weeks ago, but it is starting to cause side effects that I'm starting to be concerned about.

I just get weird muscle movements in my body and neck. I notice it mostly when I'm laying down going to sleep.

Is stopping abilify after three weeks going to be bad? It was prescribed for depression, although I'm already taking wellbutrin and effexor.

I'm on it and get twitches too. Though i've kept taking it. Been on it a while now and i have stopped from time to time, usually because i'm just horrible about taking meds every day, and i rarely notice any wd's or anything. But then again the only time i've gotten wd's from an anti-depressant was from wellbutrin. Those weird shocks that you get running through your body. Being that you were only on it three weeks you might be ok, not sure though, i DO know that shit takes a LONG time to start working in your system fully. Like up to a month-month and a half even. It also depends on your dose, typically they start people really small so that will be in your favor too. If your concerned about the twitches/just want off why not talk to your doctor? He'd probably have better advice than any of us can give you.

Good luck!

Three weeks on Abilify isn't very long. I would expect no withdrawal symptoms whatsoever. But again, I'm not you so who knows.

Was just wondering if anybody knew how long it would take after stopping abilify to trip on LSD?

Wikipedia says the half life is 75 hours? So it would take a few weeks then?
