I've only done stimulants on rare occasion in the past, but as I'm on them fairly frequently as of late, I decided it was about time I learnt a few harm prevention methods, and ways to decrease the discomfort of certain symptoms bought on by them.
I starting a thread for discussing harm prevention would be a good idea, and may help people besides myself.
I know "Stimulants" is vague, but as there're so many of them and as they share similar symptoms, thought it'd be for the best.
I'd be incredibly interested to hear from the pros, to see all the little tricks people have. Also it'd be interesting to hear from any frequent long term users about how it's affected their health.
here are a few questions I have:
- Is there any way to reduce the dry mouth & avoid the chapped lips/blistered tongue?
- GURNING, I hate it, I'd love some tips on avoiding the jaw ache
- Do you take any supplements, vitamins or other medicines before using?
- Any way to reduce dopamine depletion & the inevitable depression after the crash?
- Is there anyway to counteract the lower bloodflow to hands/feet?
- Important: How do you avoid your heart giving up on you? Do you do cardio on off days?
- Finally: How often do you have breaks from stimulants, and how long do these breaks tend to be?
- Do you use anything specific for the comedown, or if you need an emergency sleep? What'd be the easiest thing to get hold of for that?
- What's good to eat while tweaking? What's healthy, will keep you from malnutrition & easy to eat with a dry mouth? (Also, what sort of drinks are good? Or is water the best overall choice)
Hope those all make sense & aren't asking too much, coming to the end of a several day binge... not guarantee I'm entirely understandable.
