Is the combo unsafe? My American friend gave me some Ritalin and Adderall. I'm wary of taking it due to the potential for psychosis and anxiety. I was considering taking 0.5 - 1.0 mg of risperidone to take the edge off. Would it be okay?

Generally yes, it's safe, especially pharma stims like adderall and ritalin.

In some extreme cases things like meth + risperidone could be dangerous or unpleasant, but only in very high doses.

I was on high doses of adderall and risperidone/zyprexa for over a year and had no issues. I would also abuse the adderall and take 40-50mg.
