RCs Stimulant induced mini-stroke? (a-PVP)

So, 3 hours ago I was experimenting if a-PVP really is that harsh on heart or is it just tricky. I had been doing a-PVP since Monday (only a couple of doses per day, enough sleep and redosing about every 3h). My heart rate was between 110 and 120 from last dose, so I decided to snort a medium-sized line (enough to give some high, but not experimental size). I was assured, that it will not give me cardiac problems, I had been thinking the dose through. I just wanted to know whether it is safe to redose with heart rate between 110-120 when comedown kicks in. Before that I had taken about 2 grams of Cayenne powder for vasodilation and 150mg cardiac aspirin (contains magensium) to increase blood flow. So I insufflated my "test line".

After 8 minutes my heart rate was still between 110 and 120. Regarding this, my experiment was successful - a-PVP had increased my heart rate significantly until that dose, but it did not seem to cross the barrier with moderate redose. Then I felt a bit odd - I felt stimmy, my eyes felt energetic and I started feeling speedy. My right foot went a little bit numb (toes only), I felt slight numbness in my thumbs, my voice became weaker, I felt weakness across the body (legs, arms, for a moment even in head), but it was kinda orgasmic (like when you are about to ..69.. and you are paralyzed for this moment, because it feels good). I had problems moving my left thumb, my coordination got worse (I was doing things slower, walked into a closet with my right hand). I took 2 more aspirins, chew them (sublingual route is faster) and went for a walk outside (I felt warm inside and it's quite chilly outside). My pupils were dilated, so lights were a lot brighter. My vision got blurry in an eye for a second, like every X minutes, just as when it's a bit watery, and then went back normal after I blinked. After 2 hours I had no symptoms left. For a short time I had ringing in my ears, but that went away.

Reasons why I did not go to hospital were, that I had no significant numbness anywhere, I could still talk and understand what was written in the Internet without any thought processing problems (though some slowness), my coordination was good enough to walk for a mile or so and it didn't get any worse.

Could it be, that I had mini-stroke (perhaps from high blood pressure)? Or was it anxiety? I didn't feel particularly bad, even good in some ways, but I just couldn't go with the flow, because I've never had such a weird condition from stimulants (especially weakness) and was trying to observe for possible symptoms development to not end up dead, so I was really concerned. This could have lead to overthinking, which is known to cause bad anxiety. Surprisingly I had no concerns about my heart whatsoever. I count the pulse occasionally, but it was within the safe range. I did not feel heart beating, nothing was pulsating. Now I feel sleepy, slight headache and pressure in head (nothing remarkable), drowsy eyes. Vision doesn't get blurry anymore, no ringing in ears, coordination is good. Warm, but not hot. Slight chest pain/tightness (hardly noticeable and not constant feeling). Kinda like previous times on a-PVP. Actually, today I have had no edgy comedowns at all from a-PVP dosing, which may contribute to aspirin and Cayenne (bought those today).

Unfortunately I have no way to measure blood pressure. Heart rate is 94 right now, which is surprising (usually by this time mark it is still 110-120). My heart is not beating as strong (under a-PVP I can feel it beating well through my chest, even if heart rate isn't very high.

If it really was mini-stroke, does it definitely mean there is something wrong with my body or it could have been from a-PVP's long half-life? I am considering buying a blood pressure monitor, but are there any tips to counteract stimulant vasoconstriction induced high blood pressure? (glad I bought Cayenne)

Now I have some extra questions. What it may have exactly done to my body, that my resting heart rate is below 85, I don't feel heart beating by touching chest at all, also no chest pains or head pressure, very mild headache (too mild to even disturb), feeling comfortable and even rather good? Take into consideration, that this morning I had my heart rate at about 100 from yesterday and also mild chest pains. Plus no mental comedown from this last dose. Well, yea, hard to come down from a panic attack :D

You did not have a stroke, heart rate of 110-120 is not really that bad either. I get like 140-170 on these drugs, so I tend to avoid them. This just sounds like a classic stimulant overdose to me, the numbness in extremities, blurry vision etc are all symptoms I've experienced when doing too much of these beta-ketones.

Heart rate wasn't actually the concern at all. I also forgot to mention, that I had strange sensation, like somebody would have been touching my hair or sth. Of course it is good to hear, that it could have been nothing serious, but numbness, vision problems, loss of coordination, difficulties speaking, weakness in limbs are all signs of mini stroke. What would be the difference between those two then? Maybe you often get a weak mini-stroke or are about to get?

My dosages were also pretty small. That line was perhaps 20mg. Haven't done above that from current patch, because you can never know the purity. First time I got a-PVP (over a year ago) I had no problems binging at 30mg for a whole day.

If you did suffer from something I think electrolyte imbalance is much more likely, it can give a strange touching of hair/wave like sensation in the head feeling. I know because I was recently in the hospital for it. But that feels anything but good.

Thank you. Probably electrolyte imbalance it is, as any kind of stimulants work as very strong appetite suppressants for me, also I discovered I had caught cold, which I wasn't aware of under the influence of particular drug. It always increases my blood pressure and obviously makes feel weird, so that is probably why such a low dose made me feel that way.

It's absolutely impossible to tell you what happened. All RC's, especially stimulant, "fuck you up" and that's about as scientific as it gets at this point. Have strange bodily symptoms is going to happen every time, they're drugs with unknown effects.

You are over-thinking it. You didn't have a stroke, you probably got a bit of dust in your eye. It's anxiety. The scalp crawling, numbness in extremities etc are prertty much par for the course - normal side effects of stims.

In future, you may want to get a scale. A "medium size line" means nothing at all. Powders vary widely in density.

By the way, cayenne pepper is not enough of a vasodilator to counteract strong amphetamine-type stims. As evidenced by your high blood pressure, despite you consuming it.

All RC's, especially stimulant, "fuck you up" and that's about as scientific as it gets at this point. Have strange bodily symptoms is going to happen every time, they're drugs with unknown effects.

As a class the cathinone stimulants are a little more well-characterised than that. We know, for instance, that drugs like a-PVP and MDPV are strong dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors.
