Time served to drain my once sure heart
Of the pulsing desire I knew from our start
Vivid memories slowly faded to flashes
The ferocious fire now burned down to ashes
What was it I felt in those passion-filled moments?
Hours and minutes my mind's strong opponents
But from the dying fire I still pull a flame
It burns bright before me when I whisper your name
(this is the first poem I've ever written so bear with me. And I'm cracked out right now

Aaaaahhhhh... Crack an egg on your head and let the words run down and out like a tap just set to spilling. This work is good for my eyes and easy on the digestion. Double prop.
