Steroids for facial hair, becoming manlier?

Hi I'm sure this has been asked before but I've been looking all over the internet and haven't really found the answers I'm looking for, but I am 20 years old, will be 21 in 3 months and I am curious about using steroids to promote facial hair growth, deepen my voice, etc. I know it is childish and dumb to want a beard and that most guys will tell me that women prefer no facial hair and that shaving is a pain or to be patient and it will grow in but I just want to be able to grow one now. I can barely grow a small, patchy little amount of mildly prickly fuzz just on the bottom of my chin that will stop growing at about a quarter inch length and then some very thin sideburns with a few specks of hair here and there on the rest of my face. I don't have a lot of hair on my body, just a small amount on my armpits, a thin treasure trail and I suppose a normal amount of pubes (which I didn't even get the hair in those areas til I was about 17).

I have a twin brother who can grow a decent beard over his whole face, though it hasn't thickened up yet so you can still sort of see the skin underneath when he let's it all grow out, but of course is considerably better than the small amount of hair I can grow. He also has a hairy stomach and chest and hair around his nipples and i'm completely bald on my torso. I don't know why this is. We sort of have different body types (I am 6'2" with a 6'6" wingspan and size 13 shoe and he is 5'10" with a 5'11" wingpsan and size 10 shoe though I have no idea if that has anything with testosterone levels) and I wonder if maybe my body just produces a a very minor amount of testosterone and his is a normal amount. I also feel that my voice is kind of high. My adam's apple isn't visible at all but i can feel it in my neck but it is small and high up on my neck which makes it invisible.

Would steroids deepen my voice deeper and make my adam's apple more visible and just make me overall more manly looking?

Would a certain type of steroid be better than another? I'm sure there's lots of different brands and types but I'm not sure if any would be better than another for hair growth rather than muscle growth. I'm not really interested in using steroids to bulk up for fear of damaging my body too much, I will probably just use creatine when I start a serious workout regime.

Would it have any longterm negative side affects if I only did a few cycles?
Or would a few cycles not even give me the results I want?
Could I get away with (use without long term negative side affects) doing more than a few cycles if that wasn't enough for the results I want?
Is there anything I could take that would help counteract or completely inhibit the long and short term negative affects (if there would be any) of steroids that would allow me to do enough cycles to get the results I want?

If hypothetically speaking they were able to make me grow a beard, would I still be able to grow a beard just as well if I stopped taking them?

Are any internet-based steroid retailers legitimate? I would think not cause I thought they are illegal without a prescription, but I am unsure about that. Or could I somehow get a prescription? I live in Canada but don't know how it works here. I figure I'll most likely have to obtain it through an un-licensed pharmacist if you know what I mean. Though I doubt they would be able to get me the specific kind I would need (out of the tons of different kinds I'm sure), or do you think if I had the right hook-up I could get the specific stuff I would need and if it would be easy to find a hook-up like that?

I naturally get pretty red in the face quickly and easily if I strain to lift something or hang upside down? Does this mean this make me more susceptible to getting a constant redness to my face from steroid use? If so, is the red-facedness permanent or will it go away when I discontinue use?

I am not worried about growing unwanted hair on other parts of my body, if I get a hairy back or something I will just get laser hair removal or something of the sort later in life.

I'm sorry for all the questions and I appreciate any feedback I can get. Thanks for your time.

tl;dr. but i was fairly hairless until i started seriously and consistently exercising at age 19. i don't know if there is a correlation, but this is when i started growing serious body and facial hair. its not really a great thing to be as hairy as i am. yes AAS will make you hairy. but try lifting weights and eating correctly for a year or two, because you shouldn't be using roids before age 25 anyway. you might just be a late bloomer in regards to physically maturing. I didn't feel manly at all until I started exercising and then all of a sudden all of the physical characteristics of high testosterone happened. messing with your hormones is serious business, don't go that route unless youve been seriously working out for years. if you ever do get on a cycle youd want to start with just testosterone

Depends on you genetics. Steroids did nothing to hinder or increase body, facial, or head hair growth.

Using them just for that though or t0 become more manly is foolish. If you want to use them to enhance your physique then go right ahead. If you have been working out for 1-2 years RELIGIOUSLY or 4 years just AVERAGE and have a body fat of 10% or lower and are about to turn 23 or are 23 then steroids are for you.

A great first cycle is Testosterone Etanathate, 500mg once a week for 10 weeks and Turiniabol or Dianabol for the first 4 weeks as an oral kick start. I have thread stickied that is a layout for one's fist cycle. It's a simple cycle but very effective and can remain effective for many cycles.

There are some internet based steroid sources that are legitimate, some open source but a majority being private or needing a recommendation by a current customer. There is no way in hell you could get steroids prescribed at your age being in good health. The doctor would have to be crooked or it would have to be one of those Hormone Difficency Clinics which are an absolute rip off and I'm not even sure if they exist in Canada as I am in New York.
