Never taken steroids. Dont know too much about how to cycle and dosage and whatnot. Anyway my dad has some vials off testosterone and fresh needles. He stopped taking it awhile back and moved to gel. Im in fairly good shape and i lift 3x a week but just to maintain. I'd like to add a few pounds of muscle. Should I even mess with this shit? Is it even going to do anything for gains?
 
Judging by what you've said your deffintly not ready for juice. How much do you weigh and whats your height?

Juice doesn't really work well for newbie lifters...roughly speaking you need a bit, honestly speaking a decent, base to build upon. You can put on a solid amount of size and strength naturally and the key to it is nutrition, not steroids.

How long have you been training for and what does your trainign routine look like, Im under the assumption that 3x a week is a compound-lift based routine if so your already on the right path in regards to training. Also what is your current diet like?
 
PCT? What's you body fat? Diet? What kind of Testosterone? Dose? How many vials? How old are you? How long have you been RELIGIOUSLY dedicated to bodybuilding? Do you know how steroids work?

Im 28 5'11 175 lbs. I added alot off mass using supps when I played sports in highschool and college and had a decent regiment then. Other guys were using at the time but I never got into it. I just have these vials of 200mg test ethanate and was basically just asking if I were to inject the proper dosage would I see any gains? I just dont want them to go to waste if somehow I could benifit from this. Im not planning on being a long term juicer.btw It is a compound routine. But If I were to switch to a 5x5 routine with the added test would it aid me in adding mass in the short term? Ill read the stickies too thanks.
 
you need to put on some weight naturally my friend. I'm over 160 lbs, around 11% bodyfat, and I'm 5' 6". all natural with food being the only anabolic I use.

Thanks man and nice stats for natty. I think ill just start lifting heavy and using whey untill i plateau. Im probably around 16% bf currently. Ill save these vials for in the future
 
No forget the test you a long time a way from using it dude. Keep lifting and eating spend some time researching on those two... as time goes on youl realise from experience how important diet is and my number one tip to you is get a decent lifting routine and EAT REAL FOOD, whey shakes arent real food they help but nothing beats it.
 
i think 200mg is super low that would do the opposite of benefiting you. it would unbenefit you. unless you did two vials at once. but steroids i hear shut your hormones down and you need to be on em forever. can someone tell this noob whatup? (me)

He thinks he is hot shit because he registered at gh15 (when the doors were wide open with no admission processes) and is blasting and cruising. 8)

Unfortunately he opted to blast and cruise out of frustration and his gains are going to be severely limited due to post acute withdrawal symptoms from discontinuing opiates. I don't know if his diet and training has improved but if it's anything like it was earlier he is fighting the tide.

Luckily I'm not cock, so I'm not going to post screen caps of his thread there or bring up his history. He has been clean from opiates for months which is a great thing but I can't say the same for other drugs, namely ecstasy. The site has zero tolerance for narcotic and illegal drug use because combined with steroids, it's a bad combination. So he is basically using ecstasy on top of Tren and Testosterone.

200 mg of test e? as someone said above, that'd really stunt your progress. 500 would be a good dose, but you're only 175. sounds like you haven't lifted intensely in a while. start bulking naturally, destroy some carbs and proteins and within a year of INTENSE training and eating you should be up quite a few pounds.

hehe when i first started i was ~180 and i had just recently gotten off my amphetamine habit (crap, i'm not sure if i have genetics, or just very heavy boned), i actually enjoyed being off dexamp because i was constantly hungry, i would eat every three hours, within a year i was at a solid ~190 something, yet looked completely different, on a newbie, 10 pounds can make a BIG difference.
 
I started training this last time at about 135lbs (115 in high school) and hit 165 natty in about 8 months. I trained for 3 years in high school (lightest kid in the thousand pound club), fucked off for 3.5 years in college (trained only 3 days a week), and been at it good for about 8 months. good genetics helps me quite a bit. also being 5' 7" makes every bit of muscle exaggersted if you will.
