Steroid Diet

I'm curious as to what people's diets are. Give some input or some sample diets so everyone can compare, learn, or mock you.
 
My diet hasn't changed much since starting my cycle, just eat more of everything, here's my usual day

Breakfast@7 1cup uncooked steal cut oats, protien shake with homo milk, banana, matcha
Snack@10 Tuna sandwich on whole wheat/protien bread, head of broccoli, cup of homo milk, small Greek yogurt
Lunch@12 2 cups cooked quinoa/white rice, piece of chicken/pork/steak, apple
Snack @3 peanut butter/cottage cheese andwich, apple, banana, Greek yogurt
Gainer Shake @5(post work out) with oats, peanut butter, homo milk, flax oil, banana, protien
Dinner@ 730 rice/quinoa/potato with meat/fish, lots of both. Apple
Snack@10 cottage cheese, apple, peanut butter on toast, cup of homo milk

Not sure how many calories I eat a day, I just make sure theres a lot of protien in my meals, some fruit or veg and nothing to fatty. Been on a clean bulk for the last 6 months, gained 25 pounds while maintaininga visible 6 pack. Since starting my cycle I've really ramped up the quantities I'm eating, putting on a bit of fat, almost up to 10% body fat. Not thrilled about it but I want to reach 240 by cycles end, I can cut after PCT...

It really varies for me. Work days are more consistent than weekends.

4-6 Slices of basic grain bread with 5 whole eggs or 3 bananas and a protein shake

Post-workout shake/meal:
2-3 cups of oatmeal with whey (sometimes add banana or gatorade)

2 cups of brown rice with 1/2 lb of ground turkey/beef

1-2 cups of brown rice with 1/2 lb of ground turkey/beef/tuna

Veggies, oats or toast with some kind of protein

If I'm pressed for time I combine two meals into one. I hate doing that but it gives me metabolism something to think about.
 
since i burn cals so fast i can basically eat what i want.only time i'll really watch it and count carbs,fats and protein is if i think i'm gonna try for a show.then i have carb cut off points.other than that i just eat.most of the routines i do involve some form of PLing as a base and you know as well as i do doing heavy ass squats and floor deadlifts for some serious weight will burn more fat than some of these momo's i see on the bikes 2hrs a day/7days a week,lol...!
 
Every 20 hours I eat a big cheat meal (usually after post work out protein shake). Doesn't matter what it is, as long as it has lots of protein.

Meal1: 40g of whey in the morning with a fiber cookie.
Meal2: 8 eggs
Meal3: Sandwich with whole grain bread (Pre-workout meal usually)
Meal4: 60g of whey with a banana
Meal5: Usually my cheat meal. I try to aim for a lot of protein and fat. Fills me up until morning.

Working very well for me. I've gained 20 pounds in only a few weeks and I still have abs.
