Here is a very helpful site, that will tell you what the laws are in your state about obtaining syringes. Click on the link below and once the page opens up, click on your state. It will exlain just about everything you need to know. Hope this helps people, because there are a ton of threads on the subject of is it legal to buy syringes in my state. Well the link will have your answers.

Give me some feedback on if this was helpful. Hopefully this post/ site listed above will make it so no one needs to start another new thread asking "Is it legal to purchase syringes in my state?"

Peace Out, and Be Safe!

mass drug laws are tough but this was interesting

Hypodermic syringes or hypodermic needles for the administration of controlled substances by injection may be sold in the commonwealth, but only to persons who have attained the age of 18 years and only by a pharmacist or by a wholesale druggist licensed under the provisions of chapter 112, a manufacturer of or dealer in surgical supplies or a manufacturer of or dealer in embalming supplies. When selling hypodermic syringes or hypodermic needles without a prescription, a pharmacist or wholesale druggist must require proof of identification that validates the individual’s age

This has been posted several times, but it is still a very useful link. I'd say sticky it, but no one seems to read those anyway.

I think in most cases its still at the pharmacists discretion whether or not they want to give the syringes out or not despite the legalities
