Ok cravings are in high gear now. I have read that one needs to "keep busy"' but no matter how hard I try, it's there "the CONSTANT thought of how BAD I want, I NEED a fix".

I would really like to hear of personal accounts on things that have helped with the incessant jonesing?

Jarhead, I don't have anything specific to say other than things you have probably tried but I didn't want to let this thread just sit here without responding. When a craving hits, go run up and down the stairs, run around the block, drop and do push-ups--something that really gets you breathing and creates endorphins. Then stock up on self-help books, bookmark podcasts and blogs, cut out helpful sayings and quotes and put them around where you will see them. Mostly just remember that it is a short amount of time that the craving will seem overwhelming--do whatever you have to do 10 minutes at a time even if those come every 10 minutes!

Thank you all so much! Everyone has been a huge help! After 11 day of just not feeling right and blah, today day 12 has been...awesome. I actually feel good, have motivation and energy. My mood has improved so much....it's really hard to describe it. The cravings almost have disappeared.
