Ethnobotanicals St Johns wort and ketamine?

Anyone done much or any ket while being on st Johns wort?

Ive read that because of the enzymes the wort works on it clears out the ket in like half the time.

Personally i havent noticed any diminished effects of the ket.
I actually got visuals similar to dxm the first day i took ket after building up levels of st Johns in My Body.

I rarely get any visuals from ket othervice unless im doing heavy holes etc.


Also it could be placebo but i feel less side effects afterwards and ive been sleeping alot better then i usually do after taking ket.


Anyone else with experience?

I think it's more or less placebo
St John's wort is just a mild relaxant and antidepressivum
iirc there's nothing that would suggest the effect you're describing.

Sure, you will sleep better, fewer side effects may also be true.
I would still be careful. It's never good manipulating sleep rhythm through drugs.
It's always best to get yourself to sleep by your body's own accord,
otherwise your body might have trouble sleeping without the St John's wort after some time
There's some meditation techniques that increase your Theta and/or Delta brain waves, you fall asleep so fucking fast.
There's also binaural beats you can listen to to get your brain waves increasing in the desired frequency,
can also help with knowing which "buttons to push" to achieve said frequency on your own without the binaural beats.

Low frequencies are like a magnet for our brain to fall asleep. Really fucking deep sounds, that's what our brain wants to chill,
pretty much automatically lowers brain activity

I can sleep anywhere anytime with these techniques - I just imagine the sound and I'm off. really helpful.

It obviusly changes how the body process many drugs.
Ive read alot about people easing kratom wd's with it.
Also some say that it makes the kratom act different somehow.

The ket visual thing was probably from the photo sensitivity side effects that st Johns wort gives.
I had been taking daily doses of a super potent extract ive made.
Im sure i had the effects since ket never gives me visuals like that.

It was like on dxm when you are in a dark room and the laser/neon light show starts.
It was very clear and had alot cool details.
