Stimulants SSRI + Adderall

Hey everyone, just looking for your opinion on something.

Would the use of an SSRI(fluoxetine) while using Adderall increase, or decrease the effectiveness of the adderall?

It makes sense to me that they would cause the effectiveness to be be increased as Fluoxetine is a CYP2D6 inhibitor, and therefor would cause the Adderall to be metabolized at a slower rate, increasing the duration of its presence in the body.
.....does that make any sense?
or am i completely wrong?


Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I take paxil and just take them at different times.....haven't noticed paxil really affecting any drug besides the obvious and tramadol
