Spray deodorant enema damage?

I did a axe deodorant enema 2 months ago and my bowels dont feel "normal".
A lot of gas not painfull but alot of gas.
I know i am a stupid addicted retarded asshole and i will never do somthing usefull in my life.
So what can i do about it?
I cant go to tge doc becouse my anxiety is so bad that i would rater die.

Im sorry for my english never finishd school im still 17 mdma destroyed my brain pretty much and i dont gife a fuck cus i dont have any fucking serotonin left.
 
You're not likely to have any long term effects from what you did. Mostly deodorants contain compressed propane, butane or even just carbon dioxide. However you sound depressed, and also anxious. You really should go to your doctor and get some one to one help.
 
And yes i have anxiety and sometimes sadness.
Why i did it i was in jail for a short time and wanted to get drunk.
The deodorant had some denatured alcohol in it.
Didnt had any time to make some good pruno.
 
Did you just decide to do that or is this an actual thing?
 
For future reference, denatured alcohol won't have any psychoactive effects. It's exactly that, denatured.
 
You know what else causes gas?

Extreme anxiety, especially if you hold your fear in your gut like a lot of people do. Causes indigestion and all sorts of things. High cortisol from stress can also cause this.
