Post any spiritual songs, mantras, chants, or sounds here that you've heard recently here!

Please:
- provide a brief description of what you're posting
- use NSFW tags ([ NSFW ] [ / NSFW ], minus the spaces) when you post a video so that the thread doesn't overload people's browsers
- optionally, tell us why the content matters to you

Someone sent me this earlier last week and I didn't get a chance to listen to it until today. It's a kundalini meditation that gradually visits each chakra over the course of 40 minutes or so. I like the slowness of it, so that you can really focus on each centre intently.

When I was back in high school, we used to have retreats (spiritual reflection trips) every year to assess our deeds and to ask for forgiveness from God for our sins. Every after session we have, we are given a chance to be alone by ourselves for an hour to reflect and choose a spiritual song of choice. I have always chosen the Gregorian chants as it makes me feel peaceful inside. I have just actually finished listening to the song above.

Gospel and Spiritual Pop Music for Healing and Spiritual Upliftment

Well - what do you think?

I didn't use to be able to relate or get anything out of Gospel music at all. But over past years I've discovered that when it's performed by someone more high-consciousness, who has their heart fully in it, and a genuinly desire to serve God and Humanity it can have a real uplifting and healing effect.

This is a resource that haven't been tapped in so much by spiritual seekers, but I'm sure it has the potential to benefit and uplift many.

The really good, life-changing songs and performances are far between, though, but I'll try to post some which have helped me, and would love for others to share in their experiences as I'd be grateful for more of this kind (high-level).

I guess I might as well start with this one. A bit of a Jesus freak, but with a pure heart, who spends his time living between heaven and earth. But it doesn't exactly hurt to be influenced by and get a glimpse into the world of this kind of consciousness now and then.

The Queen of Gospel

Just wish I could have done the translation - it's borderline retarted.

I heard this song recently while I was high and it really struck a chord with me, even more so now that I know what the lyrics are. It's by a fusion Sufi mystic group called Niyaz. The bridge in the middle of the song is particularly powerful.
