advice is nice,
useful tool, no need to be a fool
learning to be burning,
facing a negative place, with grace
the flame lights your face.

going the extra mile, just to smile
accepting criticism, with optimism...
improving faults while moving,
requires relative skill, and you know you will
but still, your fires need to spill

too long since it came out, stop the doubt
you can achieve what you believe,
others can feel it, when what you say is real shit
they don't need to steal the thrill,
no competition, they just want to listen
they just want you to spill

overflow, so everyone can know
what you really think, no need to dance
if you cant.. you can rant..
just overflow.. say what you mean
you know its your dream

you can speak, shout or scream
discharge your heart, release
just spill your stein
and it will all work out fine.
