Sour vs bitter??

Ok, people talk about the lick test, which of course, i know is not that reliable, but it's better than nothing. People talk about how they can identify the sour acidic taste of a piper. Ok, mdma is bitter and maybe is jut me, but sour/acidic and bitter are very similar. Something that's acidic is gonna taste bitter! So whats the difference??
 
There is a total difference. Sour like a lemon, bitter like a well I don't know bitter. The lick test is only good for identifying pipers, nothing else. Just about any organic chemical will taste bitter. If you know how a good pill taste then there's your bitter. Once you lick a piperazine I promise you will know the difference between the two. But again the lick test is only good for identifying pipers. Most all organic chemical taste bitter. Oh okay I got it chew on an asprin. That's bitter for you. Next eat a lemon, sour. Really though test your pills.

I still haven't taken the lick test (and honestly have no plans to) so I will have to say to take rollz' advice. :) Get a kit! You will be soooo glad you did.
 
Yes, a test kit sure is ideal.... But I'd say more of a citrusy taste mixed with a weak 9 volt battery....lol

I guess it all depends
 
Ichihada - I don't know but the last pills I got that I thought were pipes, that was the FIRST strange thing I noticed... they made my tongue and lip numb for like 5 mins and tasted a bit sour. Very unsettling.
 
this will be a noob question but what is a "piper" ?

I have been in the e game for awhile but have never fucked with tabs (only taken em once, never sold em) so I have not heard this term.
 
Piperzines (BZP, mCPP etc) are an adultarant in pills. Have simmiler yet different effects, often nasty side effects. I spew all over everything on mCPP.

Just a note I fond 4-FMP to be sour.
