(sorry if in wrong section) test results of supposed Methamphetamine crystals

Hey guys tested what was sold as Methamphetamine crystals using Mandelin and Marquis.

Mandelin: fizzed and smoked instantly, colour changed to a very light blueish tinge ending in light green within 1-2 secs.

Marquis: also instantly fizzed and smoked changing to an orangish tinge, again 1-2 secs total reaction time.

Any idea what it possible could be?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Sounds like meth to me maybe just not very pure.

What he said ^^^ There's meth there, but the bubbling/smoke instantly followed by color change could mean the sample is mostly BZP. I tested a capsule once sold as ecstasy, it actually had mCPP and MDMA, and reacted to the Marquis pretty much the same except instead of going orange it went black. Doesn't sound like high grade meth to me, but don't be surprised if it's still powerfully stimulating and feels a little weird. Not saying it has BZP for sure, just sharing what I know. BZP is known to cause instant bubble/fizz/smoke when tested.

I think that it would be pretty weird to cut shards with piperazines though. I would imagine that they would look completely different even when mixed together. Are there piperazine shards?

That's a very good question. I agree that it would be strange to cut shards with piperazines. However; nothing surprises me anymore.

Maybe the strong reaction is from a purity standpoint? I dunno.

According to this thread on here, there has been some piperazine crystal shards going around Europe.

IDK though, most of the MDxx pills I test turn black within 1-2 seconds, instantly if the kit is new. I would think drugs of high purity would react instantly...

Meth can also be cut down with inactive compounds which crystallize to look nearly identical to it (for example, MSM). IMO, the chance of meth being adulterated with piperizines is pretty low if you're buying from typical meth dealer types. I mean his shit fizzed and smoked, he also got a perfectly clear reaction to amps within 1 or 2 seconds. Not all meth is going to be ice that changes to orange instantly but that doesn't mean its not some cut down good product.

YES you can get piperazine shards / crystals - the ones Ive had were very small, clear to brownish looking (looked like glass). Longer thinner shards as opposed to chunky crystals (if that makes sense).

The fizzing could be anything (look at the shit that goes into making the stuff).
