Harm Reduction Some tips/experiences on sleeping on ghb/gbl

So, lately I've been resorting to falling asleep on gbl, which is kind of a bad plan -especially since this is a HR site- but the plan is to only stick to it for two weeks.

I have tons of experience on recreational g use, but I thought I'd share my experiences from a "falling asleep" POV. These might come in handy for you narcoleptic Xyrem users.

1) Although G can pack a serious knock-out blow, don't expect to get KTFO'd as soon as the effects hit you. You will first be hit with some waves of euphoria (although euphoria might be a strong word when talking about g: it's nothing like mdma euphoria, more a "life actually isn't that bad" kinda feeling). The KO will come in after like 30 minutes after it hits you. I often don't even get KO'd, sometimes I just lie there thinking about "hey, this guy I don't like isn't actually that bad, he probably has his motives for doing the shit he does". Even now this text has been written on a g high, while it was actually my intention of sleeping on it.
Even larger doses won't KTFO you as soon as you'd like. Right now I'm on 4 ml of gbl, which probably sounds like suicide to most of you.

2) Sleep on your back in a position which you can hold for a while, because you will not change positions when sleeping on g. Don't fall asleep with your hand under your back because chances are you'll wake up with numb hands/shoulder/whatever. Seriously.

3) Dream can be very realistic and you will remember a lot of them. This probably has to do with basically all of g sleep being REM-sleep.

4) Expect some nausea when waking up. When I take 2-3 ml of gbl as a recreational dose, I get zero to no nausea. However, when I take that same dose to fall asleep, I often wake up feeling nauseaus as fuck. Awful.

Will add more tips soon. Hope this was helpful to some of you.

GBL carries a lot of negative side effects and is not a natural chemical produced by your body.
GHB carries almost no commonly noticeable side effects and is a natural bodily chemical.

1. GHB euphoria is probably the most noticeable euphoria compared to any other GABA-ergic.

2. Sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your back can prove dangerous in the case that you vomit in your sleep.

3. Dreams are normally a result of very light sleep. During deep sleep, it is normal for a person to "black out"

4. I recommend taking GHB rather than GBL to avoid some of the nausea. Otherwise get plenty of water, check the PH and make sure you have eaten a meal within the past 2-3 hours.

GHB will last a bit longer, too..

Converting GBL to GHB is seriously easy.. just get some litmus paper and sodium hydroxide..

Taking GBL for sleep can be problematic (besides from the obvious ones) because when the euphoria hits you don't want to sleep any more.. you just feel too good.. you wanna get up and do something, ANYTHING, and you'd enjoy it.

Haha wow, guess I was pretty wrong about some of my facts. :!
I do notice I have to piss a lot more from GBL, though.

No way GHB lasts longer than GBL, mate! GHB lasts me about a small hour, GBL an hour and a half.

I used to convert to GHB too but with that cheap sodium hydroxide, I just don't trust the conversion is that safe as people say it is, though.

And you're so right about that don't wanting to sleep anymore. I actually wrote that piece at 6am, thinking I would get another hour of quality sleep, but I just got too excited lol
