ill try to keep this short....or try to.... this has happened once before, after rough/vigorous sex and nontraditional sex positions with my gf. the first time was 3 years ago. during (drunk) sex i felt this weird sensation in my pelvic area....didn't think anything of it but that ended in ejaculation with blood. i then urinated blood and passed blood clots(i didn't whether to scream/pass out/cry or WTF lol). this happen again 2 weeks ago (sober) i felt the same weird sensation which i instantly knew what happened...should i say what was about to happen. the first week any type of erection would result in the same thing, blood in urine(like peeing kool aid) and passing small/medium sized blood clots(felt and resembled a leech). as of today, no longer urinating blood/passing blood clots.(well...i havent attempted love or self love lol because im scared shit less itll happen again). want to add i dont feel any pain what so ever(which is super weird). the duration of urinitating blood/passing clots doesnt last long maybe after 2-3 urinating sessions the blood stops and urine turns back to normal color(like if nothing happened) and no problems urinating nor blood for the rest of the day....if i can stop myself from having an erection of course lol. i went to the ER but no definite diagnosis(well they wrote it off as hematuria, NO UTI/STD/STI/HIV/infections found from a urine/blood sample(silver lining to all this) nor anything abnormal found in a ultrasound that checked my bladder and kidney. i finally got a referral from my doc to go see a urologist this friday(that's fucked up it took 2 weeks) ...........has anyone else encountered this problem? again this is some crazy shit lol

I had something very similar - passing blood that would would be different color and consistency depending on how dehydrated I was or how long I had waited etc. When I finally went to the hospital I had kidney stones which I eventually passed.

At least you have been checked for UTI's and kidney stones so that is a good start - you don't say your age so they may want to check your prostate for infection or swelling etc

thanks for the reply...it was more traumatizing more than again
doubt its organ related i get tested(my liver and kidney's) every month for something unrelated(blood disorder..which this wouldnt be a symptom of..after talking to my hematologist)
im a 30/m and i started smoking again(might be related to this?)

might be onto something because i stated that i felt this weird sensation in my pelvic area..if i remember correctly it was sorta in the bladder reigon where i felt the weird sensation. i'm thinking i bumped a bit to hard and some type of damage was done to the bladder area thus the peeing blood and blood in my semen

i wanna say it was a freak accident the first time, but after the second time...starting to wonder if it is prostate related (not sure if its hereditary..my grand pops had issues also with his prostate)
hopefully ill find out this friday or atleast have a better insight in WTF happened
