Hi Guys

I am looking for some advise here. I have been reading a lot already in the forum. I am currently thinking about using some PED for general performance boost and fat loss.

I am about 1,90m tall (6.23 feet) and about 105kg's. After I stopped playing Rugby due to some injuries I picked up some weight. I am already on a diet and exercise plan for several months now which worked great in the beginning but also with adjusting the plans I cannot seem to shred any more weight so sort of stuck at the moment. I do various exercises a week from crossfit, to HIIT workouts, weights running etc. so really mixed.

The PED's I am considering at the moment are Telmisartan or clen perhaps even Meldonium seeing the news lately. I thought about GW 501516 in the beginning but reading about the side effects and the possible cancer risk put me of it.

So any recommendations from experienced users are welcome.

Thanks in advance already!

Clen is not the safest drug, but it worked for me. I constantly had the shakes on it, but lost fat quickly and got a slight energy boost from it. Telmisartan and Meldonium can help with cardiovascular exercise, but ultimately it just means you can go a little longer so you'd have to still work out significantly harder to get results from those, which are typically used in competition type scenarios when keeping it going through the finish of the game/race/trial etc. is the ultimate goal. You could try T3, albuterol capsules/liquid, but your best off taking nothing and just adding in at least 20 mins of moderate or harder cardio exercise a day. Some people have good results with natural, legal without a prescription supplements like L-Carnitine too (which I have little experience with, when I use PEDs I use the least amont possible of the fewest different drugs possible, so that typically amounts to test, one more injectable for part of the cycle, and a constant supply of PCT drugs that I rarely have to use outside the PCT window.

Natural is always better, take it from an experienced AAS user, if you aren't trying to make money off of your physique, its better to leave them be (I wish I would have, and I didn't start till I was 26, typically considered a safe age to begin)

Hey! Thanks very much for your input! I hear you and to be honest I am very hesitant when it comes to PED's. Anyway I do already try to get as much cardio and generally HIIT training in with weights as well to shred but just seem to not get much further. I have read that Telmisartan has also good qualities if it comes to promoting fat loss, similar to GW any thoughts about that?

It can have cardioprotective effects, and potentially a slight shift in body composition, due to increase in cardio (is my theory, though... confounding variables and such). People on here have promoted ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin) but it sounds a little risky for me. People claim to get good results though, in the US I think sourcing ephedrine could be a little difficult.

Best way to make changes is changing workout and diet. Do that first, and when and if you come up short, then consider supplementing.

PPAR-gamma agonists like GW are fine used at recommended doses. It's the dose that makes it potentially deleterious, not the substance itself.

Telmisartan and Meldonium have gained notoriety not because they're particularly good PEDs (they're not) but because they were legal for natural athletes to use at one point.

Probably the most useful thing for you to play with, however, would be diet. Periodising intake of carbs, for example, or intermittent fasting, coupled with modifications to your cardio/training schedule. Most PEDs will only have a temporary affect, and you'll be back to a plateau before long.
