So we have these substitution meds called substitol. They are 200mg morphine sulfate suspended in wax pearls. If you cook the wax pearls in water they melt and the morphine dissolves into the water. I don't know exactly how soluble morphine sulfate is though. Literature goes somewhere between 10mg/ml to 64mg/ml, so I'd like to ask if anybody knows how much morphine sulfate i can roughly get into 3ml of water. I'm looking for boofing. After heating I need to cool it down somewhat so the wax solidifies before sucking up the solution, so the water would be warm but not hot. Any ideas?

I’d bet on 64+mg/ml for sure if it’s warm water. So, at least 192mg in 3ml. How much more you’d probably have to test for yourself by seeing how much will go into solution at a certain temperature without precipitating out. Let us know!
