I've been researching MDPV for a while now with the gram I bought a few months ago.
Average dose has been about 4-7mg. Usually don't re-dose or if I do it's once more. If I do more than that I tend to get easily agitated with an anxious come down.

At the stated dose I find this substance, for me, creates a feeling of being wide awake. It increases confidence and the thought process is sharp and focused. The body and mind is stimulated and doesn't want to just sit around -- it wants to do something. It wants to be engaged and apart of what's going on. It makes me feel focused and motivated.

One specific thing I wanted to get some input on is its effect on social anxiety. For me I've found it nearly eliminates any social anxiety that would otherwise normally be in place. Most of my anxiety in social situations mostly come from "what am I going to do, what am I going to say". With MDPV and the stated effects in the second paragraph if it does come up the mind is sharp and focused and I feel I can direct it better, stay in the moment more, and feel more aware and conscious of my surroundings and senses. I feel like I can actually have engaged conversations with people, show them more of the real me and provide value in social contexts.

I've found a similar (but not nearly as intense) effect from caffeine, so perhaps it's just stimulants in general that help with social anxiety.

I'd like to discuss this more but I'd like to get some input from others on what they think regarding this.

I've never had MDPV. But I find my dexamphetamine script helps alot with my social anxiety. It can increase certain types of anxiety at times, most of the time it reduces any social anxiety though.

Abuse of these stimulants will almost always lead to seriously worsened anxiety though.

wait till paranoia predominates

stimulants are inherently pro-anxiety if you take away the euphoria and "top of the world" feeling. anxiety itself is related i think to that feeling of "my body needs to be moving"

confidence can increase, just be careful as if you're predisposed to anxiety in any way stims can have you up the walls with it
