So where're all the opiate abusers oops users

Hey guys, think at this stage just after someone on my wavelength.. Many mths ago I mentioned my high tolerance to opiates, namely oxy which I am prescribed but of course can never take as scripted. I've tried to rotate to other opiates/opioids but just end up tired & pathetic on these.. How do the rest of you mng ??

Ftr, I'm talking upwards of 500mg daily. Started out on like 10mg bid.., & was titrated up. Then of course I began self medicating. I don't even feel alive until I've began dosing, & as I need (a portion of) oxy for pain relief quitting isn't an option.

That's what I'm scared of. That's a scene I witnessed before I was into opiates on any level, & the sick shit I saw... I guess if you've been there you'd understand.

It's all about self control which is hard with opiates.
set up a slow controlled taper plan that's realistic and stop fuckin off on yer script bruh.
