I took 8 MG yesterday morning around 6 AM... The day before I probably took 48 - 64 mg, and around that much for months. Oxy before that.

So it's been... I guess only 31 hours now...

When is the peak?

I took some Pregabalin. Just sitting here in front of a heater trying to i don't know. Exist wish I could be more useful. I don't want to use but I'll have money soon and I'm scared I'll get something. I've tried this so many times. I can't afford a rehab or whatever. I just need to pass enough time. Why is time so god damn difficult. 7 days of acute withdrawal just sounds so short. Especially compared to the weeks and months and years of using.

But then in withdrawal, the worse the withdrawal, the longer every minute becomes.

If I use will it reset withdrawal. Is it true Dilaudid acute withdrawal is only 3 days?

Withdrawals are 5xthe half life Plus around three days until you start feeling noticeably better and see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Im curious where this data may have come from? Is this a subjective figuring or is there papers and mechanism backing it up? Ive never heard this and im genuinely curious. Ive always thought it was 3-5 days withdrawal after majority expulsion.

In my experience, I felt withdrawals for twice the amount of time I was using, for example, if I used for 5 days, I'd be sick for 10, but the first 5 days were much worse than the next 5.

I kicked methadone and Alprazolam over a decade ago. I was really active in TDS as a mod and smod for some years and have supported hundreds of people through acute opiate withdrawals. From paying attention to the length of time of all these people I have become really good at predicting when they would see the light at the end of the tunnel. That equation works amazingly well to predict the length of acute withdrawal. If you take an opiate the clock starts over.

5 x a half life is how long it takes to detox the opiate out of your system and it takes around 3 days for the system to adjust back. people may still feel a little rough but they feel much better than they did and that’s the point they believe and know they are going to make it through.

Then there is usually a short period where people feel really good and then PAWS and the psychological addiction can hit.

You'll feel like a new man in 6 days. If you have access to benzos. Take a couple and it will be a game changer. Weed too but indica. Get ready for lots of baths.
