snuff kits

I've seen snuff kits for sale on the internet from shops in the UK, but I was wondering if they're legal for sale in headshops in the states, specifically in NYC. I'm not looking for addresses of places that sell them, just weather or not its legal to buy one. In case you know it by a different name, a snuff kit is a little kit that usually has a long straight edge, a mirror, a spoon, a chopper, and a vial.

I've been wondering the same thing... but to my understanding, 'paraphenelia' is anything used in the administation of an illegal substance... that's why a steel or glass bowl is only paraphenelia if it is resinated, which is why they're legal to sell.... but a bullet on the other hand.. well, is there any legal activity that involves sniffing a powder?
I heard that cowboys use 'snuff' which is supposedly a type of tobacco powder that you sniff... i've been told of cowboys pouring a lil black mound of powder on the webs of their hands and bumping away... kind of a cool mental image... does this exist? or is someone pulling my chicken?

Yeah that stuff exists. I used to do it in junior high. It comes in nifty flavors like peach and apricot.

"Snuff" burns like nothing you can imagine. It's more painful than 2-ct-7.
It makes your head feel like it did when you were eleven and first inhaled a cigarette - only ten times more intense.

It would be VERY hard for the filth to do you for 'paraphenelia' if you have snuff in your apartment (or better yet in the same place as you keep your snuff). The best place I know of to buy bullets (www.head-shop.com) actually sells bullets complete with snuff (actually they sell "SNUFF with a dispenser").
If you are really paranoid then buy what ever you want but make sure to clean it but putting a bit of snuff thru it after every use of any less legal product!
BTW that UK site you are talking about won't ship to the USA anymore (too much fraud). http://littleamsterdam.co.uk/index2.html might ship to the USA. I don't know of any US sites that stock snuff kits.

In NYC theyt sell them in street markets. vendors who sell bongs usially have them too...you can olso find them in some headshops... Nothing involving coke is hard to find in new york!
