Snorting H & Taking Diphenhydramine Orally?

Would taking a 50 mg Diphenhydramine gel a bit before snorting heroin do ANYTHING to potentate the heroin?

It would potentiate it a tiny bit. I used to take 50mg Diphen when I first tried snorting H and it would make it a lil more dreamy, but nothing that strong.
