Opioids Snorting cooked heroin liquid

I beeen coking uk heeoin number 3 with citric then sniffing the liquid.
it seems to sta in my noe and work bout as same as having a ood line.
I know plugging works but i suffer from ibs and i use to plug alot of morphine so when i take gear and got some left to myself.
whats the most sufficent way of snortingidd
in uk we have to cook it or just smoke it any tips on how to not waste any.
i feel chilled bit eupphoric same as when smoking,.

It seems you are using the most effective method for snorting no.3 by cooking it up like a shot and snorting the liquid.
Plugging would be more effective if you make sure you're doing it right, making sure your bowels are empty beforehand.
I'm in the UK too, but I just smoke it. Considering plugging a bag, to get a whole bag in my system in one go for a better hit, but I enjoy smoking it too much!
Is plugging way better than smoking?

Btw, I have plugged before, but only half a bag max, and did find it quite effective. I had also been smoking in the same sitting though.

make your shot like normal draw it up into the syringe break off tip, or just use oral syringe and squirt up nose
