hey guys
i tried to make pst recently and i was rushing it so i only had cold water and like a whole minute of soak time. came out clear. anyone know if they started washing their seeds? i dont wanna mission down for a ton of seeds if its not gonna be like it was ~9 months ago.
im from toronto... so if anyones done this from the area thatd be better but PST users please respond!

When they change out the bulk poppy seeds here sometimes they put out stuff that's light in color and it doesn't work at all. It seems totally random. Impossible to say if they've started washing their seeds where you're at though, wait a couple of weeks and try again?
 
That was always my problem when I had my PST habbit for a year plus. Some batches vary greatly, one batch you might get a very clear, clean earthy taste that don't do shit, and the next batch will be dark dark brown and taste so bitter you can barely choke it down and fucks you up all day....that's why PST is so damn dangerous. You never know exactly what the content of alkaloids is going to be...luckily I'm on subs now so I know exactly the dose I'm getting each day....and I'm not spending spending 40 bucks a day on seeds...
 
We don't allow discussion of this sort. Poppy seeds are not standardized for alkaloid content. The amount of morphine will vary widely, even if you buy the same brand.

If your PST is clear and colorless when you make it, you are either not soaking it for long enough, or the seeds are pre-washed.
