Hello

What would be the best alternative to smoking tobacco: snuff powder or nicotine gum?

How does the two compare to smoking a cigarrete?

Thanks!!!

since we are about harm reduction here i would go with nicotine gum, less chemicals and i doubt it has chemicals that cause cancer in it. but what do i know, i dip myself. bout to put in a pinch

Thanks!!

But if your goal was to replace cigarettes with a non-smoking option, which of the two would fit better? Which one would work better to relief anxiety the same way as cigarretes?

hmm, i've only tried snuff a few times and it didnt give me anything i really wanted. it burned a lot and my nose was really runny, i'd have to go with nicotine gum, but nothing's like smoking good ole cig (or for me putting a dip in...).
nicotine gum will deff help with withdrawl and crazings a ton

Your biggest problem with replacing smoking is the oral fixation. I'd reccomend vapor smokes. They also make these sweet inhallant nicotine, no smoke, no vapor. Very popular in japan.

actually im looking for something discreet so i can enjoy tobacco at restrict places : )
