ok so ive been smoking pretty much regulary for about 4 years. Regulary I mean mostly weekly. There was a time where I smoked pretty much every single day...Since starting college, I have forced myself to seriously cut back. After all I have heard after 4+ years of habitual use, permanent effects can emerge. So in order to save my memory for important things, like school work, I tried stopping during the summer for as long as possible...I went about 3 weeks... I told myself I wasnt going to smoke for all of my 1st Semester..of course that did not work out
... Now I have been smoking every weekend, only one time though, at night. My question is do you guys think this kind of use will be effecting my memory?...Of course it cant be helping it, but I am at a dilema.
There is a 40+ year old adult in my life who is a multi millioniare and has smoked pot all his life. He is a legitimate success...and he still smokes, but i wouldnt say he is addicted. he dosnt think about it often, and he dosnt make it a special point to SMOKE...sometimes he just does, and he might take 1 hit, and move on and totally forget about the bowl....
I know it would be beneficial to quit smoking completley....but I look at someone like the guy I mentioned and its just like oh well look at him, he did it......i can do it...... i have big goals in life, and one of them is to be extremley wealthy, and now i am second guessing whether or not smoking is harmless or not in college.
thanks for any input
ps
i used to experiement with all types of drugs in high school, i am completley clean with everything now except occasional social drinking and obviously the occasional toke
