Stimulants Smoking meth post operation

Little Monkey's good friend Hopalong has just had an operation on his knee; not major surgery but guess all surgery is bad enough. Hopalong is on a fair cocktail of painkillers and in not inconsiderable pain and just contacted Little Monkey through the jungle drums asking if its ok to smoke meth in such a situation.

The fact that Hopalong already has smoked some tonight and is freaking out a bit kind of makes the whole exercise of asking a bit pointless; but basically anyone know of anything weird that friend should look out for?

Little Monkey is off on a mercy run to support Hopalong through his freakout and would appreicate any feedback.

Is it life threatening to smoke meth on pain killers(Opiates)?
Not really.

Is it okay to smoke meth on pain killers?
Depends on if you want to become addicted to both.

Should you continue smoking meth while having a hurt knee?
Probably not a good idea.
