Harm Reduction smoking meth after taking tramadol

was just wondering what the risk would be if I was to smoke a small amount of gear 5 n a half hours after having 200mg of tramadol, instant release?

SS and seizures are my main concern.. I also have high BP but am on 5mg of lisinopril for that

would be good to get a quick reply as this could be happening in 5 hours time lol

I read that the half life of tram. is ~6 hours but that means only half the drug would be out my system, yes? I will only being have 10mg of meth, smoked..

If you actually keep your dose to 10mg (i.e. weigh it not eyeball it) it shouldn't be much of an issue.

well, if it happened, itll be me getting shouted by a mate whom of which would have already have it melted down in the pipe (shes currently at work, Im picking her up).. my plan was just to have a couple of puffs

I should also mention I just had 10mg of diazepam.. valium can prevent seizures, cant it? either way, it was serotonin syndrome I was most worried about

meth is nothing new to me, used to IV decent amounts for a while but since being diagnosed with hypertension and tachycardia, havnt touched the shit
