Smokin Fentanyl Gel

I guess the days of getting gel from the Durigesic brand Fentanyl patches are going away .... but in the mean time, I've read many threads where people smoke the fent gel by dropping a BB size droplett onto some tin foil, then heat the foil so that the fent starts cooking, then hit on it through a makeshift straw (by using a hallowed out pen), then sucking the smoke through the pen / straw.

So after smoking Meth for the first time in the last couple of days I have to ask: Why not just use a glass pipe for smoking Fentanyl as you would for meth?

For one thing, people that smoke meth out of special pipes probably smoke a lot of meth. Fentanyl isn't generally too common from what I've read. Using foil is very easy too.

Easy? Well, the only 'complicated' part is knowing when to start inhaling. I started too soon, then when the smoke actually started to rise, I had already filled my lungs with air thus wasting the little bb. If it were in a meth pipe, it would trap the smoke and make it a guaranteed hit!

Could have something to do with the melting points, so glass used for meth would probably not work like foil. I find foil wastes my meth, but smoking other substances in a glass pipe just makes my pipe dirty, it's not the hit you would expect.

How would you get the little glob of gel onto the inside of a pipe? Sounds way more fiddly than just wiping it on foil. Besides, surely you now know when to start inhaling and there are no further difficulties?

meth should burn down to nothing, fentanyl...when smoked leaves this black grit that you dont want to put in a pipe, it would be a waste of money, another thing...dont smear a M&M size drop of fentanyl across the foil and inhale all of it in one hit...you will overdose, my ex suggested i try it and i lay dead on ground for 7 minutes til ambulance arrived, not recommended

I used to smoke fentanyl for a long time until I reached 10mg a day smoking.

As for lightbulbs, I am not sure why you don't use them with Fentanyl gel but I know for a fact that you cannot use lightbulbs for smoking heroin. For H tin foil is the only way to smoke it, however the case may be different for fentanyl gel.

The question is: How much do you think you can save using the lightbulb? If you think u can get 2x as much as with foil, I'd say thats good enough reason to do it, otherwise I can tell you from personal experience that foil works more than enough, and still to this day no amount of smoked H has come close to 1 hit of gel!

I'm not sure where it is now, but if you search the archives for "smoking fentanyl" or "smoke fentanyl" with and then without the quotes ... there was a post in there where someone did an excellent job describing the process. The problem is, fentanyl is an extremely difficult drug to measure and if you're using gel from a patch, it's possible that one time you'll get some gel with very little of the fent in it while yet another time, you will use the same size 'BB' on the tin foil and get 10 times as much fent, so you need to 'kneed' that patch for a while so that you really mix the gel up good before slicing into it.

Good luck and I hope we don't read your 'dropped dead in the bathroom' story anytime soon over fentanyl.

got a question guys swim is new to smoking fentanyl swim has a high opiate tollerance mosyly oxy but can take any opiate and have a tollerance morphine and dilaudid do nothing cant even get enough powder up nose before it clogs on the morphine and then cant get shit up it and dillaudid for somereason does nothing but swim will not boot,slam what ever you wanna call it swim wont shoot up and most people that love dillys r slamers but with the fentanyl is it more potent or concentrated after 1 or 2 hits when it turns really milky colored or is that just what it does wen heated up all swim knows is it is strong no matter what part of smokin it ur at but is that right that heated up a lil bit it evaporates the gel binder or whatever else is in there watsons is wat swim has and it allmost looks like there r tiny fibers in the patch also and swim know that they r not fake swim opend the paper package that covers the patch and knows that were they come from would never have the option to even get a fake one

Smoking fent out of a glass pipe may or may not work, I have never tried it, but I do know that with H it can only be smoked on foil. I tried smoking H out of a light bulb and it doesnt get hot enough so you dont really get any smoke but just fry the bulb. I imagine with fent this wouldn't be the case though since the gel just has to be vaporized....it might be worth a try.

Today, a friend of mine told me of a method he uses where he smears all the gel onto a clear glass plate in a thin layer, then takes a blowdryer and heats the plate from the bottom until the gel dries out. You can then use this goo to smoke and not have to worry about losing fentanyl because of the water in the gel making it stick to surfaces. I havent tried this but maybe someone here has???

i've smoked a lot of fentanyl. doc without a doubt.
i recommend getting a bic pen, a candle [for ease of operation] and a 3x3 piece of tin foil. put half as much fent as you would eat on the foil, hold it about a half foot above the candle. move it down very slowly until it starts to sizzle. as soon as it's sizzling stop moving it down and hold it steady. additionally start inhaling through the bic pen with all the guts taken out. hold it in for about 10-15 seconds. you should get a tiny little rush and just be generally fucked up pretty much upon exhaling. if you aren't try a little more. if it turns black and not brown you got it to close to the flame. this destroys this precious precious chemical and i'll eat your heart if i find out you're wasting it instead of letting me smoke it. back in the day when i could find this stuff i would always get it brown first then exhale and put the used foil close to the flame to turn it black just for kicks.

Smokin Fentanyl. Heck yeaH! It would be similar to smoking heroin. Smoking heroin is an acquired skill and hard to inhale, kinda burns my lungs So I stopped wasting it and went for the needle instead. Another discovery about Fentanyl was I did notice any significant euphoria from wearing it transderamlly as prescribes and si i opened that sucker and swollowed the contents and WOW what a difference! Just bein honest! I can't lie, I do enjoy the euphoria. I think its rather humurous that it is listed as a "side effect" as if that were a problem. Does anyone else think like this or am I "constitutionally incapable" as they say at AA?

Be careful experimenting with this! If you have the gel, which it sounds like you do, I highly recommend just swabbing a tiny amount on the inside of your cheeks to absorb buccaly. It's much easier to gauge your dose and find a proper amount this way.

You use foil over glass because foil heats up faster and COOLS DOWN almost instantly, where as glass would stay hot and burn off the rest of the hit. A big waste, obviously, when freebasing pharaceuticals.
