After viewing the Smart drugs section of Erowid http://www.erowid.org/smarts/smarts.shtml
I became interested in the use of these drugs to help increase my natural overall performance mentally.
I know you can't buy things such as 5-HTP OTC and drugs such as GHB are illegal but i was just wondering if anyone has used any of these drugs such as PIRACETAM, SELEGILINE, VASOPRESSIN etc that help with memory intelligence and cognitive functions etc.
After looking at the list i was contemplating the various dangers that may be associated with the use of these drugs. eg Obviously overdose can be a problem...
Also can anyone tell me which drugs are attainable over the counter and which require a prescription.
And if any help in the performance of Psychadelics (lsd and ecstasy) 5-HTP as an obvious one.
If anyone can inform me of the legality of these products i would greatly appreciate it and how effective their uses are... Thanks

I know there was a previous discussion about this in the past but I just want to know about legal status of these drugs and weather anything has evolved since then
Which ones are easy to attain and are there any websites i can purchase them off safely? (Correct me if im wrong but posting of websites in this case is acceptable as it may be focused on harm reduction?)
