Smart drugs combo 4 depression

Hi there,
I'm 29
I've been dealing with stimulants this year...
cocaine, crystal meth, ritalin, ephedrine, cafeine, modafinil...as well as diazepam to help me sleep.
I've taken the desition to quit! :)
I'M DEALING WITH MOOD CHANGES AND DEPRESSION :( , so I desided to research about taking suplements and smart drugs to try to balance and heal my CNS and fell better and happy again:D
here is a list os what I got, any advise will be appreciate it as well as dosages and drugs interactions.

REALLY helped me,i was severely depressed ...had mood swings EVERY FUCKING SECOND <BE HAPPY SAD <MAD ANGRY >>>UPSET ,crying ,all every few seconds ....i took a SHIT lod of vitamins and it really worked <WAY BETTER THAN PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

i take it EVERY night there fella ,as long as you take calcium ,magnesium ,b6 ...plus other things that aid in turning tryptophan into seritonin ,no probs at all

it lifted me out of depression and anxiety ,plus the people that advised me on this have been stufying tryptophan for YEARS UPON YEARS as well as othe vitamin replacements

i take Multivitamins+~100mgs Riralin a day to average a somewhat normal existance.
Different brains-different people!!!
 
It was in 1990-when Prozac hit the big time!

it was banned ,cause a shippment was contaminated with somthing dont feel like finding the article ,but its legal only from that site as far as i know

yea it is kinda funny that when the banned tryptophan prozac came into play huh!!? ...they knew tryptophan helped people


anyway ,david i REALLY advise you to talk to the people at www.healthrecovery.com ask for JOAN ,she founded the whole thing really she will find a formula to bring you back to complete normal way of life <TRUST ME MAN AT LEAST TRY ....you wouldnt believe what they did for me ,they will even give you a scholarship for the vitamins as they did me ,$400 worth free as i was broke AND REALLY sick and just plain fucking crazy from alcahol ...taking the vitamins for 7 weeks,made me feel like my old self ...BETTER

^Thanks dude^ i feel like drinking some more now, I live in NZ not the US so..what would you advise..my alcohol use has been getting outa hand lately. so i'm looking to change that.
 
well do you CRAVE alcahol,do you use it to deal with depression,anxiety ...you have to explain to me a lil more of how you feel and what drugs you use to cope with it,i used alcahol ,REALLY BAD ....im an allergic/addicted alcaholic,when i drank i had to keep drinking,so i stayed drunk for weeks at a time ...i was basically crazy from alcahol ,no sleep just passing out/blacking out

couldnt eat,,,went through withdrawel for 7 days complete fucking hell,but after a week on the vitamins(detox formula) i could think straight ,eat and ACTUALLY sleep finally,things kept getting better

i can guide you ,but you just have to give me more info as to what your going through
 
You sound like a shining light, i have had 2 bottles of Cider today, 10 minetes ago i took 40mgs Valium to hopefully pass out on, i wish i had Seconal Nembutal, to be asleepn for 12+ hours.

want do you wanna know mate?

i often wish i could go to sleep n not wake up-i have pills here to do this but...............

yer. Booze helps alot

Go on Sodium Valproate and it will sort most of your drug problems out. You can still take Ritalin on it. Sodium Valproate stopped my drinking faster and better than anything else, and i tried alot of things to stop.

It will also help you sleep.
 
1/2mg l-deprenyl with some 5-HTP and l-tyrosine, definitely. You should research this a lot more. Taking MAOIs such as l-deprenyl (AKA selegiline) and the aforementioned metabolic precursors can have negative effects, do your homework!

Epilem reduces alcohol desire? or are insinuating i'm BP?
 
No booze. Try the st. johns wort. It seems to help, especially if you start working out when you start taking it. Try one thing at a time and see what helps you before putting that much crap into your body at once. If you do, you'll have no idea whats doing what!
 
Though I have not been religious with 5-HTP or even tried many of these recommendations, I have found three things to significantly curb my depression:

1) A daily mulitvitamin in the morning (many days it cuts out my need for caffeine significantly.) Cutting out caffeine cut anxiety and improved overall mood.

2) A normal sleep schedule allows me to be MUCH more functional. I am talking 7 or 8 hours or sleep, no less no more. I used to sleep 10-12 hours a day and was completely lethargic once I woke up. If you can do this (dragging yourself out of bed can be a bitch) you might notice a difference immediately when combined with a multivitamin.

3) Caloric restriction- eating a variety of foods in small portions and any kind of exercise you can stand- (Both have been proven to promote neurogenesis, which is essential to improving cognitive abilities :) )

This is very simplistic but has made a world of difference for my energy levels, cognitive abilities and depression issues.

*This is the new schedule I put myself on after a very unhealthy lifestyle of heavy amphetamine use and sleeping every other night. It was amazing how quickly I went from feeling cracked out/depressed/cognitively slow to better than I had been before my use.

Everyone forgets Magnesium. This is good stuff, folks.

I take 500mg in the morning and 500mg before sleep (Magnesium + Zinc, not sure how much zinc in it) and it REALLY helps with mood.
