after a nights dexedrine binge, the next day my skin will look yellow, i don't know if this is just in my head, some psychological distorition in my perception, colours doo look different after a binge, but i don't know if i should be worried? ive had my liver enzymes checked in a blood test within the past year( after i quit heavy drinking) and they are all fine

anyone else get this?
my hands are like flushed red too, and when i press down on them for a bit and take my fingers away they stay white, sorta like sunburn/frostbite

I think you are experiencing "pallor," wich just means having a pale appearance. This is recognized as a common side effect of amphetamines. It's caused by vasoconstriction, which results in reduced bloodflow to the surface of the skin and the extremities.

This is also a result of vasoconstriction, and is referred to as having "mottled" skin. This is a normal reaction to amphetamines, to a certain degree. If it persists or the skin has a purple-ish color, this means you are experiencing a dangerous level of vasoconstriction and need to cool it.

I have experienced these side effects many times personally. Looking sickly and pale after abusing amphetamines is a good reminder how hard they are on your body.

Hope that helped.

could be jaundice due to increased bilirubin production. From doing drugs, liver damage, or both. I learned this in biology class today LOL
You say you had your liver enzymes checked and they were fine so i wouldnt worry about liver damage. stirfry's probably right about pallor but if it doesn't go away, i'd get it checked out.
