Simple question

- I took almost 150 mg of 4acodmt in the space of 2h last week.
- Mind=blown for 20+ hours
- Light yet noticeable visuals persisted for 2 or 3 days, yesterday the last visual distortion stopped (minor to moderate ghosting on some light)

Am I hppd safe ? Or its a game of russian roulette ? I trip a bit less than 1 time a month since 1 year

Hard to say. You may or may not be slowly starting the process of acquiring HPPD.. play close attention to future trips & if protracted visual distortion periods seem to keep occurring.. But it seems you just overdid it this last time around
