Cocaine signs of overdose or was this normal? (adderall+bupropion+cocaine)

I'm new to coke and I might just be being paranoid but any answers would be appreciated

last night I tried coke for the second time, I think I did less than half a gram not sure though. About an hour after my last line my heart rate got really high (130-140) and I felt pressure in my heart/chest. My body was trembling uncontrollably kind of like shivers but I wasn't cold. the shaking would last about a minute and it happened maybe 3 or 4 times. I was feeling tingling or numbness (not sure how to explain it) in my chest at one point too. I tried to calm myself down by taking deep breaths and telling myself I was just high but I started panicking when my heart wouldnt slow down so I dont know if some of this could have been a panic attack or something. my friend said it was normal and that my body just wanted more. I was convinced I was having a heart attack at one point but I obviously wasn't in a good state of mind lol

I'm prescribed bupropion and adderall xr (20mg). 19 yr old female 5'4, 112 pounds. Anyone know whats going on?

What ROA? That shivering thing sounds like cotton fever to me. Overall though seems that you went over your tolerance and had the typical to much stims , close to OD, symptoms. Unpleasant eh? That is your body sending you a message. I also think one needs to remember bupropion is in the background as well. I take welbutrin XL and usually forget about it. It seems to me it can make a difference when you are 'taking excessive other stim's' %)

The heart pounding an shivers are a clear sign you're pounding way too hard on your dopamine and norepinephrine receptors.

Bupropion and cocaine are pretty similar in their pharmacology (and adderall works similarly too... but releases in addition to inhibiting uptake...)- so it's like taking lots, lots more of wellbutrin and/or coke than you should. The heart pounding is classic speed/coke effects. A pile of wellbutrin does the same, as do other drugs that work the same way like methyl/ethylphenidate , cathinones, (i.e., ritalin, concerta, and many RCs).

I personally find that wellbutrin to pretty much inhibit the action of normal doses of adderall (for me, 5-10 mg when at low tolerance). Higher amounts of amphetamines just make me feel crappy wired on wellbutrin, not extra buzzed... but if taken when coming down from the amphet it reduces the crash (and is really useful for getting out of a speed habit too!!) In effect I must decide whether to take my wellbutrin or some speed, cuz both is unpleasant (more like too much wellbutrin than more speed). (been using bupropion on and off, mostly on, for ~25 years, 600mg/day- yeah, my insurance company bitches cuz that's much over the usual dose)

So if you use stims, I strongly recommend that you stick to one at a time to keep adverse effects to a minimum. All of the drugs mentioned in your OP have short half lives, so you probably don't need to be off your normal meds for anything longer than just that day if you want to dabble in chemicals with related modes of action.
