sick with flu

So im sick with the flu right now, and im wondering.............do germs get on the weed that you touch? Say i have this nice big bud and i tear a piece off to smoke will some of the virus be on the bud? So if i dont smoke for a few days and i touch my bud will i get the virus again? And wouldnt burning the weed kill the virus? Ahhhhhhhh.
