shroom-ache

controversial I know, but I sometimes get a bit of a headache after a strong shroom trip (never a killer one though), goes hand in hand with the spun out i want to sleep feeling.
 
Yeah . Like I've never done shrooms but acid for me makes my head feel so much nicer
 
It could be a tension headache caused by the trip.

Often if I'm having a tense trip one side effect I get is tension manifesting itself in various ways; nausea, GI tension, muscle tension, feeling cold, tension headache.

It's not the drug causing the problem; it's a tension in your mind that the drug is amplifying and manifesting itself physically.

You could try taking an aspirin or ibuprofen. It could help but it also might not. You might find after working through the tension that it goes away.
 
Seeing as serotonin receptors are implicated in both headaches/migraine and cessation of both conditions, this makes sense.

Or yeah, its over tension. However, I've always felt more extreme muscle relaxation on shrooms then anything dystonic....
 
Thought u got a headache during the trip. I get big headaches after a long acid or shroom trip. My brain is fried after i comedown from all the thoughts n events.
 
yeah what is up with that. i get KILLER headaches when shrooms wear off. doesnt happen with any other psychedelic.

gah, it's annoying.
