My mate is so fucking determined to get MASSIVE, all he talks about are the professional body builders and how he wants to be like them, and they're obviously on steroids.
My mate is 15! 16 in late May. His usual eating routine is:
Morning.
- 4 eggs. (scrambled with toast/boiled)
- Decent sized bowl of porridge.
- Protein shake, 3 scoops. (has no relevance to me)
Break/Lunch at school.
Break
- 4 sandwiches compact with different meats.
- Nourishment (a drink which is full of calories and is used to replace a full meal)
Lunch
- Around a 30cm wide lunch box filled to the brim with white pasta/mayonnaise/chicken.
As soon as he gets home.
- 4 chicken fillets and rice.
Afternoon
- Normal meal lots of different variations, bigger than average sized.
Evening
- Chinese take away/kfc/fish & chips.
Late evening
- Nourishment
These meals vary most days it's not everything he eats, just what I know off.
He also trains 6 days a week, having Wednesday off and Sunday off for 2hours+ in all sessions. Before his sessions he takes a certain substance which Ronnie Colman takes or something which gets him very pumped up for the gym.
He weighs around 15 stone at the moment and increasing, he is pretty big, although I've seen bigger my age.
He can dead lift 165kg.
This is basically all I know, should he take steroids or not? I just want the best for my mate.
EDIT: He has been training like this for two years without fail.
