Should i CWE?

i usually take 20 mg hydro / 2000 mg apap (no cwe), only on very limited occasions! (i go months without taking anything) i have some left over hydro after a surgery and 20 mg doesnt seem to do very much (maybe i developed a very slight tolerance from all the pain meds they gave me in the hospital?) i only have about 20 pills left and after they are gone ill be done for awhile.

would it be ok to just take the 5 pills /2500apap, no cwe, so i dont loose anything? i rarely drink. i would spread taking the 20 pills out over several weeks (taking them on weekends)

If you take it as rarely as you say you do, that much APAP shouldn't harm you that much. But I wouldn't do it more then twice a month with a couple weeks in between. Also, a CWE is really of efficient when done with a larg ammount of pills 15-20+.

Just don't dose like that multiple times in a row and you should be okay. But, as always, everyone's body is different.

Yeah, but if you wanna be as safe as possible, you should CWE them.

cool thanks. i didnt want to CWE because last time i did a cwe with 25 i barely felt anything, i thought i did everything right. i used cold water but did not put it in the freezer, so maybe that was my problem

No, your tolerance is the problem.

unfortunately you are probably right. ill go ahead and do i cwe on 30 mg then. hopefully that works out better

i finally got around to cwe 35 mg feel great, i just wasnt doing enough. thanks for the feedback man
